Psychotherapy

We take a holistic and collaborative approach when providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. It can be difficult to manage and cope with life’s hardships such as anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and challenges within our interpersonal relationships. We work from both an attachment-informed and trauma-informed perspective to help our clients process difficult emotions. We value the uniqueness of each person and tailor therapeutic approaches to best fit individual needs.

Psychiatric Collaboration

We’ve partnered with Psychotherapy Matters to offer the ‘Psychotherapy Matters Virtual Clinic’ or ‘PMVC’ where you can skip the wait for psychiatric collaboration. In this safe virtual setting, you can access a variety of services with dedicated psychiatrists.

Psychiatric services are covered by OHIP.

 

Social Services Navigation

We’re experienced in navigating municipal, provincial and federal social services programs. We can help provide you support and guidance in your mental health journey through complimentary programs such as; Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Essential Health and Social Supports (EHSS), financial assistance and appropriate community support referrals.
